I came across this really inspirational series of interview(s) of actor Will Smith. I only knew him for his acting skills, never knew he was so full of wisdom and passion for success in life.  Anyway, when you get a chance, take a few minutes to watch this video and I’m pretty sure you’ll enjoy it as much as I did and will want to pass it on.  -e
